Nicolas Jackson has agreed to join Bayern Munich on loan but Chelsea are waiting on Alexander Isak ’s potential move to Liverpool before approving the transfer, according to reports.
Chelsea are actively looking to offload Jackson before Monday’s transfer deadline and the Senegal international has attracted plenty of interest with Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Bayern all exploring the possibility of a deal .
Sky Germany report that Bayern are now in advanced talks with Chelsea over a loan deal for Jackson and have told the Premier League club that they are willing to cover the striker’s salary in full.
Jackson, who has been left out of both of Chelsea’s Premier League games this season, has also given the green light for a move to the Bundesliga champions .
‘If we can find a player who is physically ready, who scores goals, has assists, and who already has experience, we would be happy to loan that player,’ Bayern’s sporting director, Max Eberl, said on Wednesday night.
When asked if Jackson fits Bayern’s criteria, Eberl said: ‘When I read his CV, he can do it.’

However, Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea are waiting on Isak’s transfer situation involving Liverpool and Newcastle before making a final decision on Jackson’s future.
Isak is currently on strike at Newcastle in an attempt to engineer a move to Liverpool before Monday’s deadline.
Chelsea are said to be holding out for a better offer than Bayern’s current loan proposal and are waiting to see if Newcastle follow up their interest with a bid to sign Jackson permanently.
Newcastle are in the market for a replacement for Isak and are set to submit an improved offer for Wolves striker Jorgen Strand Larsen after their £55 million proposal was rejected this week.
Chelsea, who signed Jackson for £32m from Villarreal two years ago, are demanding in excess of £60m for the 24-year-old .
