Tottenham Hotspur return to Premier League action as they aim to secure back-to-back wins under Thomas Frank .
Spurs opened their season with a 3-0 home victory over Burnley, but now face a far tougher challenge against Pep Guardiola's side.
City have also started strongly, kicking off their campaign with a 4-0 win away at Wolves . Heading into the clash, Frank will not be able to count on trio Destiny Udogie, Yves Bissouma and Dejan Kulusevski.
"We want him to train tomorrow and get another week. [Yves] Bissouma is also out. [Dejan] Kulusevski is out for some time and I don't want to put a timeframe on it."
The match at the Etihad Stadium is scheduled for 12.30pm on Saturday, August 23.
The Premier League has confirmed that Peter Banks will referee the match, with Edward Smart and Blake Antrobus serving as his assistant referees on the touchlines.
Andy Madley will oversee VAR, with Sian Massey-Ellis as his assistant, while Andrew Kitchen has been appointed as the fourth official at the Etihad.
The match will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1 with coverage starting at 11am.
Highlights of the game will be available on Tottenham’s official YouTube channel shortly after the final whistle.
