Kate Scott stuns in shiny low cut dress as footie elite arrive for Ballon d'Or

KATE SCOTT stunned fans as she arrived on the Ballon d'Or red carpet in a jaw-dropping sparkling dress.

The hostess for the night was partnered by her ex-professional boxer husband Malik Scott at the glamorous event in Paris .
