They range from training ground transgressions to matchday sanctions and even being seven-balled on the pool table.
Being late for a match comes with a staggering £500 fine plus a £25 per minute charge.
That means if a Boro star rocks up half an hour late for a match, they'd owe a whopping £1,250 in total.
All fines listed are subject to being DOUBLED , too.
The print out sheet of paper says fines must be paid by the following Friday or they must pay twice the listed amount - and will be doubled in November after a spin on the wheel.
Other serious fines include £500 plus £10 per minute for being late for a meeting and £250 plus £10 per minute for being late for the bus.
Even not wearing a GPS device for the warm up comes with a £100 fine.
It's not just matchdays though, with strict rules to follow on the training ground, too.
Being late for training comes with a £100 plus £10 per minute punishment.
While being prompt is clearly a key issue for the Championship side, there are some other, more bizarre fines, too.
A wee in the shower will cost £50, while being seven-balled on the pool table comes with a £50 punishment.
Missing a gym session and leaving stuff at the lunch table are also on the £50 list.
Flip-flops must be worn in the shower with players fined £20 for not doing so - but they're also fined £50 if they leave them in there.
Each phone notification will cost £20 a pop, while even wearing earrings at training will set you back a staggering £100.
Incredibly, if a Middlesbrough player wants a cosy evening in rather than joining the team on a night out, that'll set them back £500.
It's another £500 for not reporting an injury to medical staff by 8.45am.
However, not everything has a set price... with certain punishments clearly up for date.
"Unacceptable social media posts" and "parking in staff car park spaces" are both listed as POA...

But almost every response to the leaked image focused on one particular fine...
Stars who don't bring "cakes/treats" on their birthday must drop £100 into the kitty... twice as much as a wee in the shower.
Fans were left baffled, taking to X in droves, with one saying: "Imagine a normal job having this..."
Another wrote: "Cake is to be taken incredibly serious! UTB."
A third added: "Not bringing in cakes on a birthday carries a bigger fine than *checks notes* peeing in the shower."
