Morgan Rogers has no plans to leave Aston Villa as Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea eye him

Tottenham Hotspur want Aston Villa attacker Morgan Rogers after missing out on Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze to Arsenal. The Villa star has caught attention following an impressive individual campaign in 2024-25, and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium club and other suitors are circling. Rogers was named PFA young player of the year for last term on Tuesday night, and he has replied to reports linking him with an exit away from the Villa Park club.
“I’m happy here,” he replied when asked about the links.
“I love football. I love nothing more than just coming out on the pitch and playing football and that’s what I’m doing.
“I don’t think about anything else. I can’t predict the next 12 months or anything in the future. It’s just about playing football, enjoying my football and showing everyone what I can do.”
The 23-year-old ended last term with 14 goals and 16 assists in 54 games across all competitions, and Villa manager Unai Emery will not be keen on losing him anytime soon.
