TalkSport pundit Jamie O'Hara has serious doubts that Ange Postecoglou will survive until Christmas in the job unless he demonstrates he can modify his tactical approach at Nottingham Forest .
The former Tottenham manager is still searching for his maiden victory as Reds chief in what has proven a challenging period for the Australian since taking the City Ground helm.
The club's poor form prompted Forest supporter Richard to phone TalkSport, during which he expressed his frustration, reports Nottinghamshire Live .
And O'Hara replied: "The appointment is unbelievable, in my opinion.
"A stable football club with an identity who had done unbelievable last season, got yourselves back in Europe when you were one of the favourites to go down. And then you sack the manager?".
"Then to bring in Ange... Arsenal was a free hit, I understand that one. Swansea, get beat. The most typical Ange performance I've ever seen."
Richard then suggested Postecoglou would be fortunate to reach Christmas and O'Hara indicated that unless he has absorbed lessons from his risky tactics, he could face difficulties.
Responding, O'Hara said: "You know what, I don't know if he will.
"That's not a bad shout. If he doesn't pick up some big wins and shows that he's learned or he is going to adapt, because you can't play the way he played in the Premier League , you can't get away with it.
"You're already out of a cup. If you brought him in to win a trophy, you're already out of one of them, one you potentially could win.
"It's not looking good already."
